The Open Pen was designed by Assa Ashuach to first demonstrate the power and benefits in his newly developed Digital Forming technology. The Open Pen is a small product manufactured by laser sintering technology widely known as 3D printing today.

It is designed to allow users to play and modify a 3D virtual assembly of pre designed parts, interface with the table surface and adjust the pen form to suite your personal preferences. Very Easley a user can make his own co-designed pen together with Assa. Using the digital forming technology, the user can interact with the virtual pen online, and only when he / her happy with the outcome, the pen will be sent to production by a click of a button.
